At the inaugural gathering of Nottingham Does Comics, Cardiff denizen, Jonathan Clode, will be making public a brand new Nottingham venture that’ll raise the city’s comics profile a notch or three.

Jonathan has stumbled on an extraordinary cache of Hispanic comics accumulated by Tilmann Altenberg of Cardiff University.

Known as the Santander Collection of Hispanic Comics and Graphic Literature, it is hoped some masterpiece from their shelves will be an acorn that takes root in Nottingham.
